Are they European? Sizes over there are different . . .

You didn’t know? The older you get, the smaller you are.

Around 40 or so, of course, it reverses in select parts.

Maybe this company builds some kind of misguided flattery into their sizing.

actually companies size shoes different and those look like Adidas and they have always run small. so you are not shrinking

Size charts only have value within each shoe company. A size 6 from one might be a size 5 or 7 in another.

As for me, I stick to shoes in the 14-17 region.

Actually they can, I wore an 8 all through highscool, in my late 20′s/early 30′s it became a 7.5.

    I thought I was a 11.5 mens.

    I’m a 10, really.

‘Course, that’s only a minor explanation of why I trip so much on things, because I still manage to do that regardless of shoes.

    Lance is correct.

Each shoe company uses a different foot size chart. You may have bought an “off” brand shoe that wants people with big feet think they have smaller feet.

Everyone is wrong. You are shrinking. It comes from running around with gnomes and dwarves. Come over to the Horde side before you disappear….

british sizes differ by 1 compared to american. European sizes are a completely different thing. I think i’m like a size 46 european.

Probably – mine grew once I had Zack – damn him!!!

Can we swap? I’d rather have smaller feet again or I’m gonna have to actually get rid of all my cute shoes :(

(yes they have been waiting in my closet for 3 years… what ya gonna do about it huh? HUH?) :P

Depends, I lost quite a bit of weight and dropped a shoe size in the process. Then again I dropped about 80lbs

I totally get it! i know it is not the European size! I can read. also just the other day i went to buy new sneakers and it seams to me that my feet are getting progressively smaller! back in high school i wore a 6.5 and yesterday after trying on many different brands I ended up with a nike 4 youth! even the 5 youth was way too big! so how does that happen? I am 41 years old haven’t had any huge weight losses and I have gone to several different athletic shoe stores. so figure that one out.
