December 21, pre-hockey game
December 21st, 2009 | by TJ |“Where did my towel go?”
“There’s some dry ones in the dryer.”
“Can you hand me one, please?”
“Here.”
“This isn’t dry! I need a dry towel to DRY MYSELF.”
“It is dry.”
“It is not dry. Feel it!”
“It’s dry, it’s just warm.”
“It is not at all dry. It is totally damp.”
“We obviously have different definitions of dry, then.”
“You… what? YOU CAN’T HAVE DIFFERENT DEFINITIONS OF DRY.”
“Sure you can. I say this is dry, and you say it isn’t. You’re wrong, but whatever.”
“DRY IS NOT SUBJECTIVE.”
“Agree to disagree.”
“NO YOU CANNOT DISAGREE ON DRY OH MY GOD.”

I work outside in all types of weather. Dry is VERY subjective. ;-}

I understand. My definition of the bathroom floor being wet or dry is WAY different than the little people who live here. WAY DIFFERENT. Seriously, the bathtub could overflow and my youngest would say it isn’t wet!

I guess there’s only an objective dry. Wet or not-wet.
I think what he’s talking about is a definition of “dry *enough*”.
Might be a little damp, but almost certainly dry enough to dry you.
Great… now I’ve said “dry” so often that it sounds like a nonsense word to me.

Seeing how you’re a dirty jelly spoon user i am going to side with Phil on this one although since you are in Arizona when he said it was “warm” he should have said it’s a “dry warm!” HA HA HA Cornydog.

Wow that should have been Jelly knife user >< My only excuse is it's 11am and people shouldn't be up this early.

Mikey, how do you know Phil was the one handing over the warm, not-dry towel?
I find these posts are even more fun when read both ways :)
“You’re wrong, but whatever.” sounds like TJ to me :)

Hmm you could be right but Phil strikes me as the type of guy who always is prepared. (Has a towel before he jumps in the shower, makes sure he has toilet paper before he sits down ect…)
