Planning my return to the Internet.

April 2nd, 2012 | by TJ |

Let’s break the ice with some videos of my baby being ridiculous, and meet back here tomorrow.

If you’re in a reader and don’t want to click through for the embedded videos, here’s a picture of Penny instead. If you shake your head back and forth really quickly, you should get the basic effect.

For some reason the videos won’t show for me, but I’m sure they (like all things Penny) are adorable. The Internet (at least my corner of it) welcomes you back with open arms. Or a nice firm handshake if you are opposed to hugs. I can just wave if you’d prefer.

I may have told you this a time or two, TJ, but your kid is seriously killing me. LOVE HER.

I cannot see the video, but in the picture, as usual, your baby is adorable.

Am eagerly anticipating your return! (Although not so eagerly that you should feel any PRESSURE. Things HAPPEN, and babies are more time consuming than the Internet, so I hear.)

That scoot may be the cutest thing ever, and that’s coming from someone who has a 6 month old baby. And I love the Sesame Street monster excited yell.

The first video seems to be password protected, which is a bummer.

that scooting maneuver is genuis. also, as many others have pointed out, the serious-faced grunting during said scoot is hilarious and adorable. i have so missed your posts in my google reader. welcome back!

Your kid is ridiculous(ly awesome)! Maybe the scoot will mean that she grows up with a better instinctual grasp of moving backwards meaning that parallel parking will never be a problem for her.

I will go watch the videos now but first I wanted to say… oh, how I’ve missed you!

She is so sweet. I really did not expect her to scoot backwards like that! And she’s very chatty :) Looks like a happy girl! I don’t usually comment (lazy) but I’m excited to see you back.

Am I the only one who hears “Oh God!” during the grunting phase of the scooting? LOL.

I absolutely adore the cuteness of Penny. Also, that there’s still a bed in the living room.

She looks so much bigger than she was in February! Internet babies aren’t supposed to grow up that fast.

I can’t wait until Penny is a teenager and you show these video to all of her friends, potential boyfriends, and maybe some teachers.
