It never ceases to amaze me how unhealthily people eat and then how surprised they are when they don’t feel good!
.
Actually, considering how protective you are of your sleep at nights, it’s rather surprising you aren’t the same way about taking care of your body with nutrition too.

Is TJ in red and Phil in blue… or the other way around?
Prolly TJ is red… and eating the entire box is one of the 12 steps from her upcoming ‘Guide to AWESOME’.
@Cres – remember the whole pot/kettle/black thing? How’s your ear this morning? :P

Ear’s doing quite well. But you’re comparing apples to oranges! People don’t get bumped and accidentally eat an entire box of fruit loops!

Ratshag’s mom has it right. Froot Loops are a comfort food!
@Cres – Not apples to oranges. You ingest mass quantities of something and end up not feeling well, leading to a tummy ache or… being bumped and getting an earful!

Yeah, I ate a box of Froot Loops! Actually, on closer examination this morning, there was 1/4 to 1/3 of the box left, if you’re keeping score at home. SO I HAD SOME MORE FOR BREAKFAST.

Fruit Loops are the next best thing to ambrosia. However, Fruity Pebbles are a touch better.
And there is nothing wrong with cereal for dinner on occasion. After all, Fruit Loops are marketed for kids, and major corporation wouldn’t feed our kids unhealthy food, would they? Would they?

Coco Puffs (Pops, etc) are vastly superior. Their ability to turn your breakfast into a crunchy, chocolate milk shake should never be underestimated.
