I don’t get all hokey

As the title says, I am not one to get cheesy and hokey and gross, but I am here to tell you that all of the super insightful and amazing things that I have to tell you today are going to have to wait, because I am spending the day with Phil. Veteran’s Day and all, you know?

    Yay for Phil! My hubby was in the Army, so I always try to tell him thank you on Veteran’s Day, too. Yay for military men (and women, of course!).

    There I was, flipping through Google Reader, just like any other day. My phone rings, and the ring tone happens to be “Don’t Stop Believing”, which as we all know can get dangerously stuck in one’s head. So now I’m sitting flipping through Google Reader and singing “Don’t Stop Believing”, nice and loud because no one’s home…and as I come to the line “Working hard to get my fill”, this post, with the picture of Phil, pops up.

    After the giggles subsided and I picked myself up off the floor, I just had to share this story. Happy Veteran’s Day!
